To correct an impacted tooth, our surgeons will perform a procedure known as exposure and bracket. This procedure involves the MIC surgeon locating the tooth and bonding a special orthodontic bracket to it. This bracket has a chain attached to it so your tooth can be brought into alignment within just a few months.

The treatment of impacted teeth is performed with local or general anesthesia and involves only minor discomfort during the recovery period. Our experienced MIC doctors provide patients with detailed information about the impacted tooth treatment during the consultation.
